Call for papers
How submissions to the congress worked.
Each edition of CIKI — the International Congress on Knowledge and Innovation opened a call for papers with a submission deadline, notification of results and a final-version deadline.
Submission types
- Full papers. Research with results, subject to peer review and presented in thematic sessions.
- Extended abstracts. Work in progress or preliminary findings.
- Posters. Commonly used for early-stage graduate research.
Review
Submissions went through double-blind peer review, the standard procedure for academic congresses: reviewers did not know the authors' identity and vice versa.
Languages
Papers were accepted in Spanish, Portuguese and English, reflecting the congress's Ibero-American scope.
